![]() When Jimin was finished putting things away, he picked up his phone from the couch and started scrolling through YouTube. He went through his routine of putting his newly obtained snacks in the kitchen, and his new medical supplies were stored in his bathroom and his storage room. Once he was home, Jimin left his bike at his front door for later use and went inside, taking his heavy bag off and tossing it on the couch as he walked into the living room. How is an extrovert supposed to recharge if there's no one to talk to?ĭespite this, Jimin hadn't yet gone crazy, and continued riding his bike home. If he had someone to talk to, he would feel so much better. He swears that the worst part of this all is being completely and utterly alone. Jimin constantly replayed memories in his head to keep himself sane. Jimin would always complain about how his lazy roommate was somehow more athletic than him, and they would laugh and eat some Mochi together.Įveryone he knew would often call him Mochi. Usually the day after, Jimin would be slightly sore, and his roommate would be just fine. He and his roommate would ride their bikes a few miles to work at the local hospital every once in a while to stay in shape. He used to ride his bike with his roommate, but he had disappeared in the first day or two. So Jimin put his backpack on his back and swung a leg over the side of his bike, pushing off the ground to start his journey back home. Sitting inside his house in fear everyday, stress eating the unhealthy Twinkies and Moon Pies he had stolen from a store, was going to take a toll on him and his body if he didn't start using his home gym. Jimin has a car, but since this store was only a few blocks away, he figured it would be good for his health to ride his bicycle instead. Jimin leaves the store, and walks over to where he left his bike against the wall of the store. ![]() He might as well grab some while he's there. Jimin put band aids, hydrogen peroxide, medical wrap, aloe, and a few other medical things in his bag, before turning to leave.īefore leaving, Jimin also stuffed some snacks into another pocket of his bag. "Let's see," Jimin murmured to himself, picking things up to read labels. Many of the rich people in his neighborhood had pets that went crazy after their owners disappeared, and now rabid dogs driven by hunger and neglect could sometimes be spotted in stores. It was important to be prepared for emergencies in the conditions that he lived in now. Looking carefully around for any wild animals or dangerously crumbling areas of the store, he made his way over to the medical isle. Jimin clutched his backpack straps harder in nerves as he entered a store that he had found earlier that week, where he had happened to spot some good medical supplies. He didn't know how to farm, but he figured there was enough nonperishable food in the world to last him until his inevitable end, where one day he would probably disappear, too. He stopped going to work at a deserted hospital, and spent his time chilling at home or stealing supplies from deserted stores and gas stations. He knew he had to move on in order to survive. He had fought a lot with family and been too busy to hang out with friends, so even though he missed them, he wasn't impacted enough to make him depressed and stuck on it. Of course Jimin missed his family and friends, but he didn't have many loyal people he had been close with. Even in the middle of random tasks, like driving a car. Chaos is where human kind went wrong.īuildings started deteriorating, stores became practically ransacked, and some people even fought over dumb things, like the last box of ramen, or the last roll of toilet paper.Įveryone had disappeared. People randomly started disappearing without a trace, causing chaos everywhere. Jimin never expected anything like this to happen. It's been a week since the apocalypse started.
